Organization:
Space about 20x20 yards.
Players divided up evenly into 3 teams.
Balls on the side with the neutral team.
Instructions:
One neutral player plays the ball into either team and joins to make a 3v2.
Attacking players attempt to beat the defending players and score on the small goal.
If the defenders win possession they can score on the opposite goal.
Coaching Points:
Dribble with speed when engaging the defender.

Progressions/Regressions:
P - Add a time limit to the team in possession, 7 seconds to score.
