Split players into 2 teams (Red vs Blue)

Blue have to score in top end of field/ Red in bottom end of field

One blue is in centre zone (marked by 4 cones) One red player can defend end zone. Other two players can provide pressure from front/rear.

Red players not allowed to move if seen by blue central player until pass is made centrally. Blue central player must constantly be looking over shoulder to keep red players still. On central blue players' command, he receives a pass from either end zone blue and attempts to pass it into either end goal. Once he gets a pass into central zone they must pass to end zone within 2 seconds. If red intercepts they pass to their endzone goal at end.

Coaching Points

Central blue must constantly be checking shoulders and scanning space/ where opposition is. Failure to check may mean they receive pressure from rear or fail to pass ahead in time
