Drill 1.0 (10 mins)
1 - throws to player 2 and jumps over the hurdles.
2 - catches the ball and javelin throws to 4 and runs in & out of the poles.
4 - catches the ball and rolls the ball to 3 and runs over the sticks.
3 - comes off the marker (line) takes a touch and shoots at the goal.
5 - performs quick feet through the ladder and reacts to the shot.
