Organization:

  • CB + 8 + 9 +11 +7 

Instructions:

  • pattern play - ball starts with winger, he passes to CB and starts to move forward, CB finds the 9 who combines with the 8, the 8 finds the winger 
  • 9 makes first post run, 8 ends close to pk spot and finishes the play 
  • repeat, then next pattern 
  • one side at a time 

Coaching Points:

  • quality of pass, pace, accuracy
  • weight of pass, to feet, into space, timing
