covering player (9/10) get around opposition 6 - press & cover
players behind the ball shift to narrow up as the ball travels
wide players (number 7/11) be ready to jump and aggressive on the front foot
number 6/8 be aggressive when engaging centrally but also be in position to protect/screen CB/FB on ball side, especially when opposition have time.
