Organization:
- 10x10 yard area
- As many grids as needed for pairs
- Players in pairs
- Each pair has one ball
Instructions:
- Players work/dribble from side-to-side mirroring one another
- Must look to do the (Cruyff, U-)-turn at the same time
- After execution of turn, must make eye contact with their partner before next turn
Coaching Points:
- Use arms to exaggerate motion to shoot/cross/pass the ball
- Plant leg is ahead (forward) of the ball
- Drag ball with inside of the foot over to the opposite side (behind plant leg)
- Head up after execution to observe next action

- Player with the ball at the end of "x" time wins the point

Organization:
- 10X20 yard area
Instructions:
- Defender plays pass to the Attacker, Attacker tries to score by dribbling through a coned gate at the endline
- Attacker is allowed to turn any time and any number of times, only while they are in the red square
- Once Attacker breaks the line towards one of the goals, they must continue to attack that goal
- If the Defender wins the ball, they can score on either goal
Coaching Points:
- Expose the ball to bait the defender
- Exaggeration of movements to sell the turn
- After execution of turn, pick up head to observe and determine next action
- Look for end product (goal)

Organization:
- 20x30 yard area
Instructions:
- Players play 5v5 with lined zone area.
- Attacking players can turn within middle zoned area to change game direction and attack either goal.
- After goal scored, scoring team retains possession and begins to attack opposite goal.
Coaching Points:
- Awareness of when to turn from area of more pressure to area of less.
- Head up and eye contact with players.
- Bigger touch on execution of turn.
- Exaggeration of movements for pass/shot to sell the turn.
- After execution of turn, pick up head to observe.
- Acceleration into space, pass to open teammate, or shoot after having picked head up to make decision.

2 fields, 3v3
Instructions:
Players split up into 4 teams and play a round robin tournament where all teams play.
Coaching Points:
- 3 Lines of attack, Defender, Midfield, Striker (rotate players
-Create as much space for player in possession
-Try to create a triangle at all to give good angle of support.
-Look to gaps to attack using Messi touches
-First thought is to go forward then if nothing is on, play back to start again.
