Building from the 2v1, we start with passive defenders. Movement should be realistic but tackling is not allowed to start with. CM plays to AM who dribbles to overlap RW. CM takes space on the left and the Winger occupies the middle.

This example has 2 overlapping runs. The CM passes to AM and gets around the outside drawing a defender. The RW comes inside to receive the ball and dribble into the now empty space as the AM overlaps outside to provide an option.

Set up a basic Attack vs Defence. The Def. (Blue) have to get compact within the 'Tuchel Lines' when dropping towards their own goal. When in possession, they must quickly get big and get out in order to counter attack towards the 3 small goals at speed. (See next diagram).
The Red team on attack must look to stretch the field, creating space and passing angles all over. The 2 full backs start deep on the halfway line, when appropriate they can overlap the wingers to create a 2v1 to cross the ball. One coach guides the Reds, one guides the Blues.
Coaching Points (Attack)
- Movement between the midfield and defensive lines (Zone 14 - Yellow)
- Try to disrupt positioning / organization of defence with checking
- Expose wide areas, Attacking Mid or Full Back join Winger to create 2v1
Coaching Points (Defence)
- Quick Press to win the ball back (DM's)
- Maintain shape at all costs
- If Fullback is dragged wide to deal with Winger, DM must drop into place
- Counter Attack with speed.

Arrival (10 mins)
Players are juggling and recording their best score for the day while they wait for others to arrive. As soon as 4 or more girls are present, get into a rondo and again keep track of score. This should take us up to the start time of the session. Captains lead dynamic warm-up.
