Exercise 1
EQUIPMENT
- 3 mini goals
- 2 different colored cones
- 1 goal
DESCRIPTION
- S1 and S2 alternate playing the ball into the GK's feet.
- The GK will always play the ball into the middle goal when played from S2,.
- S1 will call the color goal he wants him to play into.

Exercise 2
EQUIPMENT
- 1 mannequin
- 1 goal
DESCRIPTION
- GK pivots into the middle for a volley to the hands from S1.
- After volley S2 plays a ball past the mannequin for the GK to react to.

Exercise 3
EQUIPMENT
- 1 rebounder
- 1 goal
DESCRIPTION
- Rapid fire rebounder shots.
- 6 to 8 reps in a row.
- 3 different areas. Central and two angles

EQUIPMENT
- 1 goal.
DESCRIPTION
- Two rocker services from S1.
- Quick reload to the feet, S2 will toss the ball in the air for a collapse dive.

Exercise 5
EQUIPMENT
- 1 goal
DESCRIPTION
- GK half turns to face S1.
- S1 plays collapse dive ball to his left side (from the side he turn in from).
- GK rolls the ball back to S1 quickly as he re loads
- S1 one times the ball over to S2.
- S2 takes a touch to go 1v1 or hits the ball 1st time.
