Organization:
As shown. Groups of 3.
Instructions:
1. A plays to B, then moves to support B, while C tucks in. B takes touch out of feet, then turns, plays to A while C gets wide. A receives back foot and plays long pass to C.
2.
Coaching Points:
1. Cues for wide players to get wide. Pass into back foot for player to receive.
2. Central player make leading pass to wide players.
3. Central player reading the cues of wide player to be supporting at the right time.
4. Quality of central player's receiving touch and pass to switch the play.
Progressions:
1. 2 touch for middle player, 3 touches for wide player.
2. Must switch play 3 times before half way.
3. Time limit.

Organization:
as shown. 2 v 2 in the middle of each area with 2 targets on the end.
Instructions:
1. 2 minute games. Score by playing target to target.
2. 3 points for a win. 1 point for a tie. 0 points for a loss.
Coaching Points:
1. Breaking free of defender.
2. Pass into target and immediately apply support at a different angle.
3. Recognition of where the defenders are sucked in to one side of the field so try to work the ball to the other target.
4. Weak side target look to move into passing lane.
Progressions:
1. Rotate players every 2 minute game.
2. Winning team from blue field goes to red field. Losing team from red field goes to blue field to make more competitive.

1. Red team attacks 3 goals on red cone line. Blue team attacks 3 goals on blue cone line.
2. Score in wide goals = 1 point. Score in central goal= 1 point.

1. Quickly determing if we have space to attack forward.
2. Is the defense compact laterally? Vertically?
3. Where are we out numbered? Can we identify that quickly? If outnumbered what does that mean in another area of the field?
4. Do we have options left or right?
5. If I receive ball back to goal with pressure, double pass and get open.
6. Where is the best release option?
7. Quick movement of release option to get into the lane for entry pass.

Organization: Field width of the 18 yard box extending to the bottom of the circle. 2 GK or can play to PUGG goals with no GK. 2 teams playing 6 v 6 White in a 1-2-2-1 and Blue in a 1-2-1-2. Balls at center field on sideline with coach. Add neutral player if uneven numbers.
Instructions: Rules of the game in place. Throw ins, goal kick, and corner kicks on out of bounds.
Coaching Points:

Organization:
-13 cones. 1 area setup cones staggered 3 yards side to side, front to back. 1 area setup cones in line with 1.5 feet spacing between cones.
Instructions:
- Go twice through each time. Switch lines after each run through.
Coaching Points:
- Running the knees and light on our feet not stomping down. Balance and control of body.
Progressions:
Cone line:
(1). 2 feet in each
(2). Weave through shuffling side to side.
(3). 2 forward, 1 back through end.
(4). Around each cone figure 8s through the end.
Staggered:
(1). Side to side shuffling.
(2). Hopping 2 feet 1 forward, 1 back to the side.
(3). Hopping with control 1 cone to the next side to side (slow).
(4). Side to side but run around each cone.
