Instructions:
Attacking players start with the ball
- Players can score on any goal
Option 1 is to attack furthest goal (A), but needs to enter end zone.
- enterering end zone = 1 point
- entering end zone AND scoring = 3 points.
Option 2 , change direction and attack goal on the sice (B)
Defenders look to win ball back, if they do, they look to connect a pass to their line for a 3 points.

- "What can you use to protect the ball?"
- "What- Decision whether to keep going forward or turn based on pressure and space"
- "What technical skill cna you use to unbalance opponent?"
Regressions/Progressions:
R: Make field smaller or have goals closer
P: Defenders pass to attackers.

Use Gates, if not enough equipment.
Instructions:
- 3v3 or 4v4s
- All restarts are kick-ins
- Can score on either attacking goal.

Intro (10 mins)
Organization:
One Player with ball in hand (defender)
The rest of players with one ball each, using their feet only.
Instructions:
- Defender looks to hit someone elses ball with theirs, the are allowed to use their hands to toss and hit the other players ball.
- Once one player gets their ball hit, they become another defender until last player is standing.
Coaching Points/Questions:
- "Where is the open space?"
- "What can I use to protect the ball?
- "What part of the foot can I use?"
Regressions/Progressions:
R: Start with two defenders
R: Make field bigger
P: Make field smaller
P: Have defenders use their feet to hit someone elses ball
