Session Structure:Players to Move freely around zone using inside and outside of both feet with head/eyes up & Scanning around to not collide with others.
Step up
1. Only to use inside of both feet to move around
2. Only to use outside of both feet to move around
3. Only to use right foot - inside or outside to move around
4. Only to use left foot - inside or outside to move around

Groups of 4
2 players inside & 2 players outside with ball.
Players inside need to open up, half turn & ask for the ball from one side, control and pass to the other side.
Players outside can decide how to pass the ball, could be high ball, ground ball ; soft or hard.
Players inside need to adjust the position and decide which surface to control the ball.
1) On toes, get in line with the ball
2) Look at ball and the target (half-turn)
3) Lock ankle, relax impact (cushioning)

Session Dynamics:
coach calls a player from each team to commit to enter zone with a run from half way to the spears at end of field and enter zone from there and gain control of the ball and then either start to attack their goal or defend their goal driven by who won possession at first contest point. Shots on goal are to be had either within or outside the yellow cones as decided by the coach. Drill is completed when a goal is scored or the ball is lost over sideline.

coach calls 2 players from each team to commit to enter zone with a run from half way to the spears at end of field and enter zone from there and gain control of the ball and then either start to attack their goal or defend their goal driven by who won possession at first contest point. SetUp
· 40m x 30m grid.
· 2 teams.
· 2 goals.
· Balls placed at each end between goals and spare with Coaches.
Explanation
To score a goal a 1 v 1 must be executed. The team who scores is rewarded by restarting play from their end.
Progression
The number of players taken on before you score a goal determines how many points are awarded, eg. 3x 1 v 1’s performed followed by a goal = 3 points 2x 1 v 1’sfollowed by a goal = 2 points and so on. Add competition eg first team to 10points wins.
