Pass in numerical order same as before, using all the correct techniques learned. When the coach shouts a player's number that player, in this case #4, for each team tries to dispossess the ball from the remaining three players of the opposite team. Teams no longer need to go in order but they need to keep the ball away from the oncoming defender from the opposite team.

Player #1 passes to player #2 then moves to left. Player #2 moves 1st touch with left foot across the square and passes back to #1 with the right foot, #2 drops back, #3 steps up, #1 moves 1st touch back across square and plays to #3. You can switch the single player and also make sure to reverse direction.
For the progression in the 2nd square player #1 is resting but still plays the passes to #2 and #3. Player #1 takes 2 touches players #2 and #3 alternate moving forward playing 1 touch passes to player #1. Alternate resting players.
