variable (20 mins)
Within this practice one memeber of each team will run towards the ball. Collect a ball and run with the ball back. Then the other play will go etc. most team with most footballs win.
After 3 minutes a new rule will come in, another player from your team and run into the other teams area and take the football. However they must run with the ball.
