Organization:
- Players split into teams of 3 or 4, each player with a ball
- Cone set up 10 yards from players
- One pugg goal per team
Instructions:
- First player in line dribbles up to cone and performs turn (inside cut, outsidie cut, pull back, etc)
- Defender is released as soon as forward turns around the cone
Coaching Points:
- Dribble up to cone quickly using bigger touches, small touches near cone
- Head up to see where the cone is and know when to turn
- When turning, control the ball and keep it close
- Look up as soon as you turn to find the goal
- Accelerate away from defender and score goal

Instructions:
Attacking players will posses the ball and try to get to the "end zone" with a through (penetrating) pass, once the player receives the ball, he/she should stop the ball in the "end zone" to get a point. Defensive team becomes attacking team.
If the ball is stolen, attacking team becomes defensive team immediately

Instructions:
-One attempts to score in goals labeled A and the other in goals labeled B these goals can be different colors so that players can easily visualize where they are trying to score.
Coaching Points:
- Controlled aproach
- Appropriate turn to protect or change direction
- Bend knees to create a platform to accelerate
- Turn into space
- Take away with the nearest foot and surface
- Head up after turning for next action

Instructions:
Attacking team start with 2-0 lead
Teams told they can set up in any formation they like
Regulation rules apply and only 1 ball supplied like a regular game
Game lasts for 5 minutes
Coach relays how much time is left as clock runs down
Coaching Points:
Possession vs. Penetration
Do we have to score more goals or play for time?
Do we play concervatively or gamble on increasing our lead?
How does the mentality and emphasis of the team change as the scoreline does?
Transition upon losing/winning the ball - usually a good time from which to immeditely score from.
Communication between players - organization/team dynamics of what the objective is at that moment for the team. You will see which players are actvely taking a lead when setting up positions before the KO (taking ownership).
Other ways to keep possession? Keeping ball as individual (dribbling into space or shielding).
When the ball goes out of play how do both teams react?

Organization:
1. 20 x 15 Area Size.
2. Two groups of six (if space is available).
3. Split Group(s) into two teams.
Instructions:
1. Attackers start the game by taking their 1st step from the cone.
2. Soon as the attacker moves, the defender opposite can run out and try and tag the attacker.
3. The attackers they are looking to get through either gate without being tagged by the defenders.
4. Players switch roles as soon the attacker gets through the gate or is tagged by the defender.
Coaching Points:
1. Drive at defender at speed.
2. Keep options 50.50
3. Look to unbalance.
4. Timing of Fake.
5. Acceleration.
