- Decelerate when approaching turn

- Tighten touches on approach to turn

- Bigger but controlled touches into space to increase speed

- A starts the play by passing to B who receives to RWTB and draw the defender towards him and free up D

- C moves inside to support B and plays a first time pass to D who opens up and plays into E

Attacking

- Body shape, ready to recieve from all angles

- Pass to the back foot

- #6 play behind the first line of pressure and keep scanning

- Support player on the ball by coming closer when they're under pressure

- If there is a clear passing line to a foreward player then play it

Defending

- Stay compact and protect the middle

- Pressure and cover

- Communication 'SLIDE' 'PRESS'

- Block the passing lines into the foreward players

- Triggers to tackle

Organisation

- 4v4+5

- Attacking players play on the outside as #2, #3, #7 and #11

- Defenders play on the inside

- If possession changes then red and blue must both transition quickly

- To score you must get the ball from the acting #4/#5 to the acting #8/#10
