Drill 1: Defender passes the ball in the field and runs around the attacker before he can press. When the defender passes the ball, the attacker runs towards it and it becomes a 1v1. If defender wins the ball, he can score on the small goal.
Coaching: Dribble with full speed, Create the separation between the defender and shoot, attack the goal in the shot.
Set up the drill twice for each group (4 in total).

Instructions:
Ball always starts with the goalkeeper.
If a team scores it stays in and starts with a new ball from the gk. Each time a ball goes out of bounds both teams go out and new ball starts with the goalkeeper.
After a 5 min round, the teams switch starting side (they score on the same goal so pressure comes from opposite side).
Coaching Points:
1. Recognizing space to dribble/pass 2. If pass/dribble is not open use the goalkeeper to maintain possession 3. Create separation between defender 4. Invite pressure with the first touch 5. Use of skills to beat defender.

Players sprint from cone to cone and perform different actions by the cones.
1. Sprint directly around the cone (change of direction).
2. Make a complete stop at the cone (1 sec stop) and accelerate.
3. When coming to the cone they make a full circle around the cone before going to the next.
4. Relay race (1 player sprint around the cones and runs back and gives the pinnie to the next player in line.
