1. Dribble with R foot and accelerate around flag/cone with outside/inside of foot. Accelerate to next line and leave ball
2. Opposite direction: Dribble with L foot, L foot inside turn , L foot turn outside of foot

Player A plays to player B, player B opens up up to receive ball on back foot and plays ball to player C. Player A now goes to player B position and player B goes to player C's line. Players always follow their intial pass.
