Instructions:
1v1 play untill ball goes out or goal is scored
In order to shoot player must dribble through the gate in front of the goal first
Coaching Points:
Penetrate in behind defender
unbalance defender with ball/body movement
small touches when approaching defender
big touch in space head up after each touch

Instructions:
4 goal game
1v1 to start with but once attacker crosses the midline second defender steps in do defend to make it 1v2
Once defenders win the ball and cross the middle line second attacker steps in to help defend (2v2)
Play goes until ball goes out or one of the team scores.
Restart 1v1 every time.
Coaching Points:
Penetrate behind defender by dribbling or making diagonal run in behind
identify gaps in defense to penetrate
use body to shield the ball
position your body in between the ball and opponent
pass or dribble forward when possible or hold the ball
