4v1 Rondo

Organization:

- 4v1 possession

- Team of 4 maintain possession from defender

Coaching Points:

- Orientation of first touch in relation to pressure

- Decision making in relation to space/ time, position of defender, and type of pass recieved

- Direction/ Location of the pass (pass should send a message)

- Top foot (turn/ play other direction)

- Near foot (play back fast/ 1 touch)

- Speed/ Weight of pass

- Slow (1 touch)

- Fast ( 2 touch)

Central Functional Training (6/9/10)

Organization:

- 3v1 to goal with 6/10/9

- 6 recieves the ball from wide players

- 9 and 10 move to create space in order to go to goal

Progressions:

- 6 must play into 9 in order to attack goal

- 6 can play either 9 or 10 to attack goal

- If there is no solution central 9/10 can play ball wide and recieve a cross.

Coaching Points:

- Pass or Dribble
