Key Factors:
The players will need to work together as a team to stretch the area as big as possible, this to allow the Floaters room to pick out the right pass under less pressure.
Defensive units will need to work together to prevent themsleves being kept chasing fo thefull session time.
The targets in possession are to get 8 Passes to get a point. Play will continue to accumulate a many points as possibble. If the ball goes out of play, the session will restart from the coach/server.

Key Factors
This SSG adds a goal scoring opportunity at the end of the possession segment done previously.
Teams will be looking to accumulate a minimum 6 passes this, though once 6 is reached, the Floater(either end) will look to slide a player from the team in possession through on goal. Once the pass breaks the line through to goal, the Attacker will have 4 Seconds to get a shot off.
If they score, they get a point and their team retain possession. Miss/Save, the play restart immediately from the Coach/Server. Regardless the outcome of the shot, the shooter will be asked to make a recovery run back in to the square.
The new elements of this session, heightens the importance of communication and work off of the ball. Making 3rd man runs & blind side runs to create overloads in to the space and through on goal.

Possession Session Set-Up
Creating Overloads (General/SSG) In Possession
Key Factors:
In this possession session, I'm looking for the team to keep the ball.
The 3 Floaters will be asked to be aware of the space around them, taking up the free space in the
5 marked areas around the possessin square. Once the floater has received an played the pass back to the team in possession, they have to move to a different free area. This will test their awareness of whats happening around them and anticipation of what could possibly happen after.
The Red & Blue Teams will be looking to create & utilise overloads in what is a 9v6 for the team that has possession.
This is quite a physical and mentally draining session, so rotaion of floaters throughout the session will be done.
The session will be set up with set timings and stipulations as follows:
4 mins (Free Play)
1 Min Rest
4 mins (3 Touch)
