Passing & Receiving:
Two Players at each end of the grid. Player in the middle starts with the ball.
Player in the middle plays the ball to the player at the end of her line and follows her pass. She turns behind her teammate and receives the ball back. She then repeats to the other side of the grid.
Each Round is one (1) minute.
Start with two-three touches to get the all to the other side.
Everything is at game speed

THE SESSION: Technical Station 1
RWB
1) Two lines of players, each have a ball, the two front players in each line start by running with the ball to the red cone and around to join the back of the opposite line.
The next two players start once the first player passes the red cone.
2) Now two balls, whilst RWB can the player pass to the next player in line hrough the gates
3) After the pass now run around the red cone as shown in the diagram and look to catch the player in front who is RWB
WORK BOTH SIDES

PROGRESSION:
Now whilst running with the ball look to pass to the next player in line through the orange gates

The Session: RED V BLUE, must cross the line before passing ball into goal (as in diagram), as soon as pass/shot is released the next player can 'go'! the player who passes/shots must then defend the opposite goal. Change sides continuously.
Key Points: Transition defending, light switch moment to defend after 'losing' ball. type and angle of run to defend the goal
Progression: score in any goal, always defend the opposite side to where you started.

THE SESSION: 5 v 5 counter play into Targets
Before a team can score they must play into the target who needs to lay ball off
PROGRESSIONS:
Target must lay ball off to a 3rd play - 3 person combination
Target can step on after he lays they ball off to create a numbers up situation

Two Goal Keepers at both ends that defend the zone
Players combine and look to score
PROGRESSIONS:
1) Limit number of touches on the ball
2) Limit to five then to three the number of passes before looking to score
