*3 cones in a 3x3 zig zag formation, a 4th cone 10 yards away from last cone. No more than 3 players per line
* Players dribble at cones performing various skills that the coach specifies (scissors, stepovers, front pulls etc), all done at full speed.

Juggling (10 mins)
Begin each session with a 5 -10 minutes of juggling. No balls above the head, maintain maximum control. Try and get each player to set a record, tell them to remember their record and try to beat it at home or at the next practice.
