Instructions:
-tunnel tag, freeze tag where tagged player opens legs wide to make a tunnel, crawl through a teammates tunnel to unfreeze them
-turtle tag, freeze tag where tagged player becomes a turtle on its back, roll a teammate over to unfreeze them
-Banana Tag, freeze tag where tagged player becomes a banana with their arms above their heads, unpeel a banana to unfreeze a teammate

Instructions:
-Sharks and Minnows
-Everyone with a ball, except for designated sharks (defenders)
-Minnows begin on one side of the pool (playing area), with Sharks on the opposite side
-Minnows swim (with their ball) from one side of the pool to the other while the Shark(s) try to catch the Minnows by kicking their ball out of the pool (playing area)
-See how many Minnows made it safely across before next round, all Minnows who were caught become Sharks for the next round
-Separate Sharks to one side and Minnows to the opposite side before each round
Coaching Points:
-Keep ball close(messi touches)
-Avoid Shark(s)
-Stay inside the pool
SHARKS
-keep score of how many minnows you catch
-Set your sight on one and corner them
-Use your speed
Progressions:
-Play inside area with no safe zone and no rounds
-Dribble any direction
-Become a Shark when ball is knocked out of the pool

Organization:
Players distributed evenly
-20 x 30 area or larger if necessary
-5 x 5 corner grids
Instructions:
-All burgers (balls), buns (cones), lettuce and condiments (pinnies) are centrally located in area 'the grill'.
-Players take turns to go to the grill, get an item and run back to their burger bar.
-Each team must build as many burgers as they can.
-The team with the most complete burgers wins.
Coaching Points:
-Get to the grill quickly
-Make sure you build a good burger with everything on it!
-Awareness and teamwork.
Progressions:
1. P – Players have to cook the burger (sole-rolls, push-pulls etc.) before taking it to the burger bar.

Organization:
-Four even teams
-Players numbered
-All balls by coach
-Pugg goal at each corner
Instructions:
-Each team represents a burger chain (McDonalds, Five Guys, Burger King, and Wendys).
-Coach throws out a ball and calls a number.
-The player with that number becomes active and has to try and score in another team's goal.
-Every team has 3 lives and every time they concede a goal, they lose a life.
-When all 3 lives are gone, they must flip their pugg goal over as they are out the competition; however they still play when their number is called to help score against other teams.
-The last team left with lives wins and becomes the number 1 burger chain!
Coaching Points:
-Awareness
-Reinforce dribbling techniques (Messi/Ronaldo).
-Introduce turning techniques.
Progressions:
-Call multiple numbers at once.
