Organization:

Story/Description:
1.The lonely chain (initial tagger) has no friends and has to try and tag other chains to make one big chain
2.The other chains have to run away from the lonely chain so they don’t become part of the big one
3.Once tagged, the single chain has to join the big chain
Coaching Points:
1.Use changes of speed and direction to get away from the chain
2.Don’t get trapped in a corner
Developments:
1.P – The chain has to split into different chains every three links

Story/Description:
1.The castle defenders have to protect the castles (cones) from being knocked down by the wrecking balls
2.The wrecking balls have to flatten all the castles as quickly as they can
3.The castle defenders have to try and kick the wrecking balls away from the castle, the further the better!
Coaching Points:
1.Look for the open castles
2.Keep the wrecking ball close to you
Developments:
1.P – The castle defenders have brought in a friend, the “castle rebuilder” (coach) who runs around and rebuilds the knocked down castles

Story/Description:
1.Eeyor has lost his tail (scrunched up pinnie) again and needs a new one
2.Christopher Robin (Coach) knows where it is and has hidden it under a rock (cone)
3.All Poohs (players) must start in the tree house
4.Pooh has to take his honey pot (ball) with him just in case he gets hungry whilst looking
5.When Pooh finds the tail he must bring it back to Christopher Robin
Coaching Points:
1.Keep the honey pot close to you
2.Watch out for bouncing Tiggers getting in the way (see progression)
Developments:
1.P - Tigger (player), spelt T – I – Double GE – ERR) is getting in the way and keeps bouncing into Pooh’s honey pot

Story/Description:
1.At each corner of the country (area) there is a major city (cones in the corner)
2.There is New York, Chicago, LA and San Francisco
3.When the coach calls out a city the players must start their cars (ball) and drive as quickly as they can to that city
4.Watch out for the lakes in the middle, if you drive your car in there it may sink!
Coaching Points:
1.Big touches when you drive on the highway
2.Keep your head up
3.Change of direction
4.Change of speed
Developments:
1.P – Call out a city and then quickly change this so that players have to turn around their cars
2.R – No balls

Story/Description:
1.Players are placed with a partner. One is a cat the other is a dog
2.When the coach yells CATS or DOGS, that animal he calls has to run away to the safe area
3.The animal that is not called, has to catch the other before they get to the safe zone
Coaching Points:
1.Try to get away quickly to the safe zone by using big touches
2.Think about what part of the foot you should use to kick the ball
Developments:
1.P – Each player has a ball which they have to get to the safe zone
2.P – Increase the distance to the safe zone
