POSSESSION
Split group into 3 equal teams of 3 or 4 players
- two attacking teams at either end
- defending team occupy middle zone
Rules:
- Attacking team must make a minimum of two passes before attempting to pass to the other attacking team on the other side
- Defending team can send one player in to defend in the attacking side. The other defenders must stay in the middle zone and block any passes through
- If defenders win possession, attempt to dribble out or score in the mini goals
- If your team loses possession, you become defenders
Points - 1 point for the following:
- Successfully passing from one side to the other
- Winning possession and dribbling out with ball under control
- Winning possession and passing to a team mate
2 POINTS FOR WINNING POSSESSION AND SCORING IN MINI GOAL
First team to 10 points wins!

WAVE SHOOTING
A: Dribbles around mannequin and shoots
- Get ready to receive
B: Plays a 1-2 with player A around the mannequin and shoots
- Get ready to receive
C: Passes in to A or B (whoever is ready!) and runs around wide mannequin to put in a cross for A and B to shoot and score!
- A and B to move in different lines for two options
- Finish quickly with fewest amount of touches
- If you can't score from cross, give it to team mate
- All players be ready for rebounds/2nd ball
Rotate
A goes to B, B to C, C to A

RECOVERY!
To start the drill:
- Player B moves away from mannequin to receive from player A
- Player A passes to player B
- Player B dribbles around the middle mannequin and attempts to score
- Player A runs around mannequin and makes a recovery run to defend against player B
Rotate:
- One side go, then the other side as soon as play has finished
- A to B, B to A on opposite side
Notes:
- React, run and dribble as fast as you can (both players)
- Defender and GK communicated whether to go to ball or cover
- Attacker to play at game speed at all times

Game 1 - 4v4 on 20x30m field
- if extra numbers have neutral or outside players so middle isn't crowded
Game 2 - Numbers Game on 12x18m field
Game 3 - 3v3 + GK's (large goals) on 20x30m field

- One touch finish
- Set amount of passes

1. Pass forward, move forward

5. Outside to middle (turn) play outside (always follow your pass)

7. Pass to middle player, middle touches back, play out (touch back player always moves to side where ball has been played)
