Organisation
Two groups of 5 (separated by 3m)
SAQ type activity without the ball to begin.
I've used cones in the example, but can use hurdles, poles, ladders.
Session Explanation
Players race against team in other zone. SAQ Type movements through cones to begin with and then run to top orange cone and sprint back. To begin make sure players warm up before racing e.g dynamic stretches etc.
1.Quick Feet through cones
2.Jumps through cones
3.Side shuffles through cones
Progression
Can introduce ball to dribble through cones.
Practice different types of movements- toe taps through cones etc.
Introduce a pass at the end instead of dribbling back.
Place a player on the top orange cone to play a one two with. Coaches can add whatever they like.

Session Explanation
Players dribble around the area practising their ball manipulation skills. When coach shouts a number player must perform that skill.

Coaches can add or be creative with what they ask players to do. Ask them to perform a skill. e.g maradona
When coach shouts switch players leave their ball and get someone elses to dribble with. Must stay in group of 5 at all times.
