Organization:
1. 10 x 15 Area Size.
2. Separate players into two groups, attackers and defenders.
3. Each defender must have a ball.
Instructions:
1. Player B (defender) passes to Player A (attacker) who takes 1st touch up the line. Upon first touch defender is live.
2. Attacker drives the ball forward and preforms a stop start to beat the defender to score a goal.
3. If the defender gain possession of the ball, the round is done.
4. Players switch roles when complete
Coaching Points:
High Wave
1. Fake to drag the ball back by moving the sole of the foot above the ball
2. Let the ball continue to move forward
3. Take the ball away in forward direction using the laces
Drag Push
1. Drag the ball back with the sole of the foot
2. Using the inside of the same foot, push the ball forwards
Progressions:
1. Give defenders a target to score if ball is won

Activity 1 (15 mins)
Organization:
1. 10 x 15 Area Size.
2. 4 Groups running at the same time.
3. 3 Players in each group.
Instructions:
1. Player B passes to Player A who takes 1st touch up the lineand perform a stop-start.
2. Player A then turns at the top and runs with the ball back to the start.
3. Rotation: Player B moves to Player A/ Player C moves to Player B/ Player A moves to Player C.
Coaching Points:
