Over the River: 3 20x15yd areas with center zone divided.
Description: Players are split into 3 teams and placed 1 team in each zone. Team in the middle send 2-3 defenders with remaining player in front half of middle zone (may prevent pass across).
After pre-determined number of passes, attacking team (blue) plays ball to opposite grid for 1 point. Defending team (red) remains defenders.
If defending team (red) intercepts and completes a pass to players in the middle, the ball is played to opposite grid (yellow). Yellow team becomes attackers. Blue team defends. Red team replaces blue team.

Flying Changes - 2v2
Game is played 2v2 + GK. On ball over defensive end line new pair dribbles new ball on to field. Attackers immediately transition to defenders (Origina pair is off.) Ball across touch line is played to appropriate team from teammates. Offside in effect.

Set-up: Two goals set with center line
Organization: Two teams. One on each opposite post with each player having a ball.
Activity: First playe in line dribbles no further than center line and shoots. As soon as ball is shot, a player from the othe teams dribbles out. Shooter retreats to cover goal. Game played to 10
