6 Attackers in Red
6 Defenders in Blue
Red starts moving the ball, the defending group releases 3 blue defenders to try and win the ball. Red scores by connecting 10 consecutive passes. Blue gets a point for every ball knocked out.
When the ball gets knocked out, the 3 blue in the middle exit immediately (anywhere on the field), the 3 blue enter through the gate and press right away.
Focus on-
- Urgency to provide the first line of pressure.
- Pressing as a group to compact the space
- 2 players squeeze the defender into the supporting player

In the middle, 4 Red, 4 Green
4 gates set-up around the grid, 2 Red and 2 Green in each gate
When Red plays a Red in the gate they switch positions and score 1 point by playing to the opposite side. If green wins the ball they play to either side, and then look to go the opposite direction for a 1 point.
