BCA BoxOrganization: Set up different obstacles in a 25X25 Yard box.
Procedure: Players move freely throught out the grid. Coach calls out a piece of equipment and players must get to the obstacle as fast as they can and perform th technique the coach calls out.
BCA techniques: Hurdles; two foot jumps forward, two foot jumps lateral. Cones; circle around cone, lateral cut away from cone, if cones are tight together shuffle through. Ball; toe taps, foundations.

Set up: Two lines 15 yards apart. 2 bow nets 20 yards from line. Each player has a ball.First player begins by dribbling at pace to goal infront without pressure. As soon as they get past the tall cone they are able to shoot. Once player shoots the opposite line attempts to score on the net directly infront of them. The player who shot unopposed must try and get across to defend. Continue this pattern.
Coaching Points: Dribble with speed, dont kick and chase. Remember to defend.

Relay Races: Set up as many lines as possible to have limited numbers in line. Each player should have a ball.Players beging by dribbling freely through the cones then back to the beginning. Once the player infront gets halfway through the next player can start.
Progression: Right foot only, left foot, both feet, insides of both feet. If time remains have relay races.
Coaching points: Keep ball close, small touches.
