Intent is to have GK's perform better specifically using explosive and recovery saves. Trying to breaking the bad habit of poorly handled saves, along with breaking the habit of not following the play after a deflection.
Session should be ran half speed 1x distribution/shot, then full/match speed for the rest of the sets. Minimize rest during reps to build diving stamina.

A:
Then proceed to work in this grid. On one foot on the flat disc, push to land on the other flat disc with other foot. Go through the poles and proceed to jump into one foot on one flat disc, take a mini step and initiate a diving save.
(Emphasis on pushing off with the foot, changing direction, changing speed.)
B:
GK will perform two explosive jumps then hop over the hurdle on to one of the flat discs. Go through the poles emphasizing pushing off movement (activating muscles used to initiate a dive), activating save by tossing to right or left to initiate a low to mid dive save.
C:
GK will activate clean held saves to stimulate what comes next.
Progression second ball will be tossed just outside the poles for GK to dive on (Low-Mid Dive save)

GK will do usual Dynamic Warm-Up.
A:
