Stamina drill

Players pass & receive in pairs for 30 seconds

On whistle players have 20 seconds to run to half way line and back

Should be 75% intensity

When they return continue assing drill

8 reps to complete- Look to add 2-3 sets with 3 min rest between

For variation can add in various technical components when passing- inside fooot, outside, keep off floor, headers, etc
