Recovery Session
Station 1
Player will kick the ball, as if playing golf. The ball must stop directly underneath the pole in order to move to the next station.
Station 2
Player must juggle the ball from the starting area and safely juggle and place bottom foot as they reach the rings in order to move to the next station.
Station 3
Player will look to play a lofted ball and must hit the crossbar of the goal facing directly towards them and go in the other goal in order to move to the next station.
