Blues to get teh ball forward as quickly as possible, so will have 2 forwards. Reds look to start from the GK and play wide, look for the switch if it is on. Should be an option as the Blues are staying compact.

(this can be used to either switch the play or in a breaking lines session.)
Initially we will focus on switching from red to Black, whilst Blues press.
Organisation
4v4v4. The middle 4 will send 2 players in to press the reds (who will start). Reds must play 5 passes before switching play to the blacks. 1 pt for 5 passes and another pt for a successful pass. Once possession has switched, the remaining 2 blues will press together. 1 pt for the Blues if they can gain possession or force a mistake. Also if the Central Blues can intercept the pass over, another point.
