Set Up
Box is 15 paces x 15 paces
Four cones/flat markers required
A supply of footballs
Two players on cone A and one on the other three cones.
Instructions
Rotation is three minutes long
Simple movement to start with, A passes to B and follows his pass
B passes to C and follows pass and C pasess to D.
D passes to A and they continue.
Coaching Points
Players need to communicate
Players need to pass ball firmly
Receiving player moves off of cone and opens body to take one touch and pass (two touches max)

A then passes ball into the path of B
B then passes to C who lays pass off to B and they pass into the path of C

A supply of footballs and two coloured bibs in the centre on the ground
Ideally it is 6v2 or 6v2 - two players working with bibs first
Box1: Brodie, Blair, Lewis, Ryan, Kyle, Arran, Angelo, Ollie
Box 2: Callum, Ally, Aiden, Scott, Jack, Billy, Ross, Jamie
Instructions
Rotation is three minutes long
Players on outside of box need to keep the ball from the two working with bibs
If the bib player gets a touch then they swap immediately and player who lost ball takes bib
Coaches must ensure balls go in quickly to keep tempo up
If ball goes out the square players leave it and work on next ball in
Variations
1. 3 minutes - multiple touches
2. 3 minutes - two touches (players MUST take two touches)
3. 2 minutes - one touch, high energy and fun
Coaching Points
Players need to communicate with one another and move around the sides
Limited touches and ball moves early
Players create angles around the sides and can also drop in to centre to vary angles
