Screen 1 (25 mins)

Organization: 3 areas of 10x15, cones, hurdles , flags/poles, rings, pylons, nets

Warm up- 5m: Stretches- follow the coach, toe touch/ reach up, frog hops, swimming strokes, fast feet....

Instructions:

Activity 1- 7min: Agility run, use rings, hurdles, poles and flags for the finish, continual run with coaches directing players as needed. Make the course twice as long as usual, and award stickers after everyone does it three times. repeat in the opposite direction 3 times and give out stickers.

Activity 2- 7min: Players dribble down the winding road, through the crossed poles, up the straight road and finish passing to the coach. Players get a sticker on their ball when they score.

Area 3- 5min games: SSG, hit the coach, steal the ball....
