4v4 in Middle zone plus neutral yellow player in the middle. 2 yellow wide players operate as outside defenders they are only allowed to join in when the ball is on their half of the field in the middle zone to support the attack. The ball can be dropped into the defensive zone when this happens both outside backs drop in to help build out from the back. The ball can be passed into the striker or dribbled into the offensive zone 3 players can join the attack (4v2 plus keeper to goal)
