After player 3 has shuffled for four passes he receives a ball served up for a header from player 4 and heads back.
The player 3 spins now and receives a cross from player 5.
As soon as he has had his strike at Goal he must recover round the pole to receive the second cross from player 6.
Players rotation is 4 becomes 1, 1 becomes 2 and 2 becomes 3. change the wide players when you like or give fullbacks and wingers specific match situations focusing on quality of delivery

Progression now goes from 2 strikes at goal to 3 strikes at Goal.
The session starts the same as before with four passes and a header.
The only change now is after the header the player next to the server who serves the header will slide a through ball for the striker to hit 1st time before the session progresses with two crosses as before.
