Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-Linked 10x10 grids as required
-Split players into pairs and into each grid.
Exercise:
-Red player in each grid starts with the ball.
-The blue player is the defender and aims to win the ball off the red.
-If succesful or the red runs out of the grid the blue player gets the ball and the red becomes defender.
-Play 2 minute spells and then switch players with other grids.
-Switch all continuously for 10 minutes.
-After 10 minutes link grids opposite each other and they play in each grid with each other so player in red in top grid aims to get the ball to player in red in the bottom grid.
-If succesful the player retreats back to own grid and other red tries to do the same.
-Blue players try to win the ball.
-2 minute spells again.

Organisation:
-2 half pitches with 3 goals each side on halfway.
-Split players into two even teams on each pitch.
Exercise:
-Play 15 minute each way periods on both pitches.

Exercise 1: Shooting (20 mins)
Time: 20 Minutes
Organisation:
-5 placed stations.
-1 player on each station with excess on station 1 with a ball each.
Exercise:
-Short sharp passes in number order with number 5 playing ball into path of 4 to score.
-Rotate arpound after every shot.
-After 5 minutes switch station 5 to the opposite side.
-After another 5 minutes station 5 moves wider and crosses ball into the area for number 4.
-For this have 2 players at 5.
-Switch once again to opposite side.
