Distribution and Dynamic Warm-Up (15 mins)

Groups of 4 playing Short Short Long. (Long pass is always to deepest player)

A: Players are 10-15 yards apart at most; everything is on the ground and 1 touch as much as possible (2 minutes and then dynamic movments)

B: Players are 15-25 yards apart at most; everything is on the ground, 1-touch, and the long ball is played with laces on the ground. (2 minutes and then dynamic movments)

C. Players are 20-40 yards apart at most; both short passes are on the ground, 1-touch whenver possible and the long ball is played in the air with laces. (2 minutes and then dynamic movments)

IN-Goal Technical Handling (35 mins)

2 GKs Work at a Time. (3 rounds each side)

GKs start behind central dummies and drop set into ball line of goal made by dummy and post when server bounces ball. While drop setting must yell AWAY! Then deal with service from server. Handle cleanly and then throw wide server and drop into goal for wide flank service positioning. Deal w/hand tossed service.

A: Volley for contour and hand service for cross

B: Dipping volley for scoop/front smother and hand service for cross

C: Service from floor for low collapse dive to post and foot service for cross (maybe hand service)

D: Bouncing collapse dive to post and foot service for cross (maybe hand service)

CPs

-Timing of footwork

-Advanced positioining of using a modified ball line for the goal cut in half

-Efficiency of footwork and cleanliness of hands

-Attacking through the back of the ball, going through the player regardless of the man in the way.

-Quality of hand distribution.

-Load Early Keeper Call
