Objective: Build 1v1 shielding skills under pressure
Area: Quarter of indoor field at Campton arena 6 5x5 boxes
Activity: Play 30-45 seconds. Idea is to try to keep the ball inside the box and not let it get stolen. If turned over, other player defends.
Moves of the Day: Pull back, Pull Cruyff, Outside hook, Inside hook
Encourage players to use these to get out of trouble and roll defenders
Coaching Points: using body, body shape, balance, head up, check shoulders,
body bt ball and opponent, ball on foot farthest from body, roll defender when appropriate

Area: Quarter of indoor field at Campton arena 7x7 squares
Activity: Play rounds of 60 seconds to 90 seconds. Idea is to keep possession of the ball between you and the player in the same color.

body between ball and opponent, ball on foot farthest from body, know when to play to partner to keep the ball and find apporpirate space and angle for the ball back, roll defender when appropriate
