Session 4 focusses on passing. It is important to teach the proper technique first. (plant foot, angle of the foot, surface we can pass a ball with, toes up, swinging through the ball) After a great technique is established, passing weight and precision are in focus. Push the player to treat every single pass the same - with full focus. In the beginnin the player needs to reminded of the proper technique. Furthermore, once the player is able to perform good passing, the body position needs to be trained. Having an open position is crucial to the success of a player.
