Set-up: Each player in group of three have to be in a different grid while keeping possession of the ball. Once player plays a pass they must move into another grid.

Progression:

1) First touch must take you into another quarter. There is still a requirement to only have one player in each quarter so players need to shift around

2) Players can now pass to any player regardless of color, but only one from each colour can be in a certain quarter. First touch must still take them into another quarter.

*Player who was most focused, worked the hardest, and best teammate will get 1 Rush Point.

Shooting & Finishing

Set-up: 3 groups

1) Player A dribbles and shoots on goal. Player A then runs around C to flag with balls.

2) Player B plays through ball to Player C who makes straight run to diagonal ball, to receive + finish

A goes to B. B goes C. C goes to A

Coaching Points

- Player B must drive ball across the face of the goal towards the flag for player (C) to attack at the back post. (C) must time his run to slide in before the ball reaches the flag

- Player (C) must "stay alive" in the box by making a second run to receive a cross from player (A).

*Player who was most focused, worked the hardest, and best teammate will get 1 Rush Point.
