Warm-Up (15 mins)

Band Progressions: Side steps x 10 each way / Back pedal / forward kicks x 10 / backward kicks x 10 (repeat with other leg) / Monster walk / Fire hydrant x 10 / Squat jumps x 10.

Dynamic Warm-up: Players perform sport specific movements to prepare the body for activity (increase blood flow and muscle temperature).

Receiving / Turning: Players pass / receive ball in groups of 4/5. - Follow pass.

1) Receiving and pass with inside of same foot (Two touch).

2) Receive and pass with opposite foot. (Two touch).

3) Receive with inside, touch with outside & pass (all with same foot -3 touches)

4) Receive - roll across + pass.

5) Receive & turn & cut it back Different Service 

6) Two Touch - Inside bend 

7) Two Touch - Outside bend 

8) Two-three Touch - Chipped ball 

9) directional touch or 1v1 move with pressure

FIELD DIMENSIONS: 8x8 yards   

# OF PLAYERS: 4 (3V1)

TIME: 10 Minutes.  Ratio: 60 Seconds / 30 Seconds (x5)  

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS:

If defending player wins ball (or attacking player kick ball out), players switch roles.

4/5 Blocks of 1.5 min:

1) 2 touch mandatory (Angle)

2) 2 touch mandatory (Body Position)

3) 2 touch mandatory (Checking Shoulder)

4) 1 Touch mandatory (Angle / Support)

5) 1 Touch mandatory (Weight of pass) *optional

FIELD DIMENSIONS: 60x70 yards (half field)

TOTAL PLAYERS: 18 (9v9)

RED (#'s) team formation: GK-2-3-3. Blue team formation: GK-4-3-2

TIME: 20 Minutes. Ratio: 4 blocks of 6 minutes / minute (x2) = 30 minutes

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS

Teams score in large goal (1pt).

- Goal worth double if team switches ball from one half/wide space to other and combine in middle zone prior to scoring.

- Optional: Must pass or dribble across endline to get in final zone.

Make it / Take it.

TAG in middle zone.  If attacking player is 'tagged' by a defender in the middle zone, ball is turned over.

(Player cannot be tagged when playing 'one touch').

TOTAL PLAYERS: 15 (8v7)

TIME: 24 Minutes. Blcoks: 3 minutes x 6 blocks / 1 min rest 

ORGANIZATION & CONDITIONS

Red (#) team formation: GK-2-3-2 / Blue team formation: 2-3-2

* Add CB/CF if numbers allow.

* Can add CM Neutral players

Red (#) aim to score by recieving pass / dribbling into End Zone.

Blue team score in large goal.

TAG in middle zone.  If attacking player is 'tagged' by a defender in the middle zone, ball is turned over.
