Organzation: Two nets across from each other. Two sets of cones set up in a staggered pattern.
Procedure: Players weave through the cones with the ball then finish on goal then go to the opposite and repeat on the other side.
Coaching points: Head up looking towards goal, preparation touch, toe down locked ankle.

Set up: Multiple different colour gates in space.
Begin by having players dribble through as many gates as possible in a minute. Once players are comfortable with gates, give a specific pattern eg: blue,yellow,red=1 see how many times they can complete the pattern.
Coaching points: Focus on players keeping the ball close and looking for space. Try not to run into any other players.
