Setup:
Endzones are 20x15. Middle zone is 20x10.
3 teams of 6.
In possession setup with back four, #6 & #8.
Defending team presses with 3 and 3 in middle zone
Activity:
Only defense can score. 1 point for scoring behind CB's (setup 8 yard wide gate).
Must make 3 passes in zone before option to transfer to far zone.
Opposite team may send a player into MF zone to help transfer.
Coaching Points:
~ Cutting off one pass when pressing
~ Central players press centrally (don't chase ball around)
~ Recover centrally
~ Middle players checking shoulders and sliding to deny passing lanes

Half field with narrow field - 65 yards wide
1-4-3-3 vs. 0-4-3-3
Line across field to create a scoring zone across half.
Activity:
Blue team scores in big goal --> 3 points.
White team scores by playing into scoring zone and passing to Coach --> 1 point.
When coach receive ball, look to play long/over the top
When team attacking big goal wins the ball, they have 5 seconds to score.
Coaching Points:
+ Use of Out-In-Out to break defensive lines
+ Use of Up-Back-Through to break lines
+ 3 seconds of fury when losing the ball
+ All players recovering to defend if losing the ball
+ Defending space behind when losing ball (if player has time and space to play long)

Setup:
teams of 6
65x44 field Split into 2 halves with a 5 yard central zone
Activity:
Team in possession tries to score in big goal.
Defending team must leave one player in central zone and play through that player when transitioning to attack opposite goal --> 6v6 (back 5+GK) in attacking zone
Coaching Points:
~ Forward runs when player on ball has time and space
~By the rules of the game, when the player has the ball in the central zone they will have time and space --> need forward runs to create depth
~Combos to break through the defense --> create overloads somewhere
~ Get as deep as possible when crossing
