Half field. 6 players and 1 goalie maintain possession, working ball from goalie out of defensive end to half using 2 defense, 1 midfielder, 2 wingers, and a 1 forward. The 7 players conitinually advance ball out of defensive end to half, switching and resetting ball to maintain possession from an attacking 3 opponents. See how many times can get ball to striker, and then reset back to goalie. If attacking 3 win possession, they can counter and strike on goal.
-Using goalie as extra position player when needed under pressure or to reset.
-Using width and depth to create space
-Checking in and supporting to create options.
-Play with head up. Checking shoulder.
-Able to transition as your team wins/loses ball.
