Main Part: Heading
- 2 players/1 ball
- P1 tosses ball up for partner who will head it back into partners hands. 5 reps then switch/ 3 sets
- Make sure you stat the players close together.
- Adjust as neccessary.

Small Sided Game:
Organization:
- Using all playes make two teams of equal numbers (4v4/5v5)
- Play first 5 minutes where teams can only score by heading ball over opponents endline. The players run around and move the ball from their hands in the sequence of serve- head- catch/score
- Players cannot run with the ball while inside the playing area
- 1 player can go into the wide zone but they only have 4 seconds to stay inside.
- Play the last 15 minutes with the same teams but players have to dribble over the end line with ball under control = 1 Goal

Warm-up: Ball Control/ Heading
Organization:
- 10-12 players
- Use half of quarter
- 1 player/1 ball
Instructions:
1. Creative Dribbling
- Players working individually by dribbling freely and practicing 1v1 moves, ball mastery skills etc..
2. Aerial Reception
a. Players are dribbling freely. Players toss ball up, players let the ball hit top of foot and ball should be in front of the player. The player continues to dribble and then repeats action.
b.Players toss ball up and they use chest control, as ball hits ground players continue to dribble and repeat action.
c. Players toss ball up - as ball hits ground players sweep the ball away using inside of their foot. Players dribble and then repeat action.
d. Players toss ball up - as ball his ground, player sweeps the ball away using outside of foot. players continue to dribble and repeat action.
