Time: 20 Minutes
Set Up:
Half pitch:
-Players set into two groups.
-Red a back 4, 1 MC and 1CF.
-Blue 1 DEF, 2 W, 1 MC, 1 CF.
Exercise:
-GK serves ball to either CB.
-Red team aim to play out abd get ball up to the halfway line.
-If succesful play resumes again from GK.
-If red lose possession then blue can attack and take a shot at goal but have limited time to get shot off.
-Play designated spells and switch blue and red players around as appropriate.

-Half pitch with two mini goals.
-Players in two teams
-Red: 4-1-1
-Blue-1-1-3-1
Exercise:
-Play regular match rules with play always starting from GK if a goal is scored or ball goes dead at either end.
-Change teams up if necessary after 10 minutes.

Set Up:
-30x20 grid
-6 stations set up on the corners and two in the mmiddle of the grid.
-Players split onto the corner stations with one on each in the middle.
-Players at staion 1 and 4 have a ball each.
Exercise:
-Players pass the ball in order opf numbered staions with players at 3 and 6 dribbling with the ball to staion 4 and 1 respectively.
-After 3 to 4 minutes each pass is changed up to play a 1/2
