Organization:
1. Set up as shown (20x20yds)
2. 8 players per grid.
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Perform as shown. CM checks away and checks to ball at an angle.
2. Take inside touch to penetrate central area. Wide player checks to and make a wide looping run to receive into space.
3. CM plays a pass into the wide players run. Wide player dribbles to next lines (speed dribble)
4. Continue pattern simultaneously. Follow your pass rotation.
Coaching Points:
1. Recognize where pressure is as ball is approaching (check over shoulder)
2. Toes up (Inside)
3. Cushion on contact.
4. Take 1st touch away from pressure.
5. Turn body with 1st touch (one motion)

SetUp
25x35 area, 5v5 + neutral player, 3v3 in the middle and two targets on each end as shown above
Organization
Possession team must score by playing from one target/outside player to another.
Progressions
Outside players can enter the game but must be replaced with a player on the inside.

1. Set up as shown (45x30yds) THREE zone of 15yds.
2. 11-12 players per grid.
3. Plenty of balls.
Instructions:
1. Players play 6v6+1 to SS goals.
2. Players must play in their starting zones defensively.
3. Players have the abiltiy to free flow into the next zone when attacking, any numbers of players can join the next zone (i.e. both center-mids can join final third to play 3v2 agasint opponent two center-backs.)
4. Unlimited touches, speed of play will be forced by limited space and time created by activity.
